About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital outreach
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to offer tailored IT solutions
3. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition and benefits to potential clients
4. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements
5. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software, and providing regular updates to the management team
6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts, addressing any objections or concerns to facilitate the closing of sales deals
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and development
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and technical support, to drive integrated sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT services industry

Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and solutions

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
