Accounting Bridge is a leading accounting software firm based in British Columbia, Canada. We are seeking a 'Junior Accountant' with exactly 1 year of experience. The junior accountant will be responsible for tasks such as financial data entry, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and providing support to senior accountants. This is a junior-level role. We are not considering candidates with more experience.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
2. Handle client invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
3. Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in data entry.
4. Assist in Canadian accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
5. Support month-end and year-end close processes.
6. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Educational qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, CA).
Skills:
1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
3. A good understanding of Canadian and American accents is essential for this position.
Preferred candidates:
1. Foreign-trained accountants based in India.
2. Inter CAs looking for employment or those who have completed articleship.
3. Indian accountants with relevant experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,64,000 /year
