Plotch.ai is an advanced cloud-based digital transformation stack focused on ecommerce, enabling complex online business models like ONDC buyer app, ONDC seller app, online marketplace, omnichannel, hyperlocal, and D2C.
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Plotch.ai. The Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as data management, analyzing data, communicating insights and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Operational Data Management:
1. Set up and manage client accounts, ensuring all client details and preferences are accurately recorded and maintained.
2. Track and monitor client orders, returns, and refunds to ensure timely and accurate processing.
3. Investigate and resolve client issues by checking information in the ONDC network logs and coordinating with internal teams.
4. Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all operational databases and systems.
(b) Client Servicing:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
2. Proactively communicate with clients about their orders, refunds, and any issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience.
(c) Data Analysis:
1. Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
2. Prepare reports on key operational metrics and present findings to management.
3. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize client account management and operational processes.
Qualifications and skills:
1. MBA with related specialization or similar Bachelors degree
2. Business Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and operations skill
3. Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client servicing.
4. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, JIRA etc.
5. Experience with tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, Poer BI is advantageous
6. Knowledge of ecommerce industry and online business models is a plus
7. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Strong client management and service skills.
