About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
2. Write and respond to professional emails promptly and clearly.
3. Create virtual proofs using Canva, ensuring designs meet specifications and quality standards.
4. Follow up with customers on quotes, orders, and delivery statuses to ensure satisfaction.
5. Process and manage customer orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating with production and logistics teams.
6. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and provide sales reports and insights.
7. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and products to share knowledge with customers.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency.
