Junior Full Stack Developer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Full stack development:
a. Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using ReactJS for front-end.
b. Build scalable server-side applications and APIs using NodeJS and Python.
c. Create robust mobile applications using Flutter for cross-platform (iOS & Android) development.

2. API development & integration:
a. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data interaction between front-end and back-end services.
b. Integrate third-party APIs and ensure efficient data handling between different platforms.

3. Database management:
a. Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
b. Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security.

4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams:
a. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
b. Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

5. Code quality & best practices:
a. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
b. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability of applications.

6. DevOps & deployment:
a. Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
b. Deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

7. Troubleshooting & optimization:
a. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
b. Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs in a timely manner.

8. Security & compliance:
a. Ensure applications adhere to security standards and best practices, especially in healthcare tech (HIPAA compliance).
b. Implement robust authentication and authorization systems.
