Junior Graphic Designer Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and Adaptation: Create and adapt designs for various digital formats using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality
3. Multiple Sizes and Formats: Quickly and efficiently adapt existing designs into multiple sizes and formats for various platforms and media
4. Creative Thinking: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to solve design challenges with creativity and efficiency
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with project goals
6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
2. Experience: Preferably in a digital or online environment
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of other design tools is a plus
4. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work
