4. Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess the candidate's skill level, interest, and cultural fit
5. Respond to applicants in a timely and effective manner
6. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
7. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
8. Maintain records of recruitment
