3. Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database searches, and referrals
4. Conduct initial phone interview screens to assess the candidate's skill level, interest, and cultural fit
5. Respond to applicants in a timely and effective manner
6. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
7. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
8. Maintain records of recruitment
