About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop an understanding and awareness about Wildlife SOS's work
2. Make presentations and calls to explain the organization's work to the public in a clear and interesting way
3. Meet set income targets by signing up paid supporters and individual donors for Wildlife SOS
4. Develop and manage long-term relationships with donors and upgrade them within the donor pyramid
5. Aid the Fundraising and Volunteering team
6. Influence donors to donate, sponsor animals, or provide volunteer services by following a prepared script
7. Ensure fundraising and resource mobilization information is up to date
8. Manage information and record the profile and fundraising activity of donors on a database
9. Motivate and facilitate supporters to maximize the funds they raise
10. Inspire new supporters to raise money while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters
11. Develop and generate volunteer and donor queries to support the BBRC project.
12. Assist with appointments
13. Assist during stalls

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 3,60,000 /year
