Scope: Manage client relationships across various industries, focusing on client retention.

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
2. Coordinate client campaigns across media channels (META, Google).
3. Obtain budget approvals for activities.
4. Develop performance marketing content calendars for social media.
5. Collaborate with SEO clients on tasks and campaign alignment.
6. Create pitch decks for upselling services.
7. Ideate brand content and partnerships to drive revenue.
8. Ensure timely account setup and tracking.
9. Coordinate with vendors for creative production.
10. Monitor client deliverables, KPIs, and campaign performance.
11. Build long-term client relationships.
12. Implement and analyze digital strategies and campaign effectiveness.
13. Prepare and present performance reports.
14. Stay updated on digital technology trends.

Key success metrics:

1. Client retention rates.
2. Improvement in client KPIs from onboarding.
3. Efficiency enhancements in client processes.

Who can apply

Education:

1. MBA/MCom or a relevant master’s degree preferred.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
