Marketing Lead Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Community growth & engagement: Lead efforts to grow our current community of 750+ paying members to 5000+ within the next year, fostering meaningful connections and enhancing member engagement.
2. Content strategy: Develop and execute a content and communication strategy that resonates with high-skilled immigrants, offering them valuable insights, success stories, and resources.
3. Marketing campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase community awareness and attract new members through various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.).
4. Event planning: Organize virtual and in-person events to facilitate networking, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the community.
5. Data-driven insights: Use data and analytics to measure community health, engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams (sales, operations, legal, and product) to ensure the community aligns with our broader mission of helping immigrants secure talent visas.
