Marketing Manager - Application Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company s Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets with a focus on profitability and healthy cash flow
2. Manage and improve existing business relations with customers
3. Monitor the performance of all sales operations to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
4. Understand customer requirements and provide solutions
5. Execute projects and conduct tool trials
6. Promote the brand through creative marketing strategies to ensure a consistent increase in market share
7. Analyze opportunities for growth within existing market segments and explore new industry sectors
8. Prepare periodic sales reports
9. Collect and maintain outstanding payments as per agreed terms with clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the cutting tool industry
2. Mechanical Engineering degree from a reputed institution
3. Working knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
4. Experience in cutting tool prove-out
5. Ability to innovate solutions to mitigate dependency
6. Multitasking and result-oriented
7. Experience in special round tools is highly recommended
