Marketing & Operations Associate Job (Remote)

About TheKonsol: We are a dynamic startup specializing in outbound marketing, with operations in the US and Pune.

Salary: 10-20K/month

Location: Pune, WFH: may require joining for in-person meetings 1-2 days a week

Timings: Flexible Tasks should be completed before deadlines. Availability for collaborations and meetings is essential.

Weekly off: Saturday & Sunday

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute end-to-end outbound tasks: database generation & maintenance, outbound marketing campaign planning, and implementation using email and LinkedIn automation tools, positive lead list creation, post-lead actions.
2. Manage day-to-day operational tasks
3. Proficiency in diverse operational duties
4. Content creation: Email/LinkedIn scripts, social media content, blogs, website, etc.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Quick learner, adaptable, and efficient
3. Proactive problem solver

Expectations:
We seek a versatile individual capable of tackling any challenge in our startup environment. The chosen candidate will work closely with the co-founders.

Tools:
Microsoft Office, experience with email automation, LinkedIn automation, and database generation tools preferred.
