Executive Assistant | Digital Marketing | Internet Researcher Job (Part time/Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at a leading NRI Financial Services company. This role is perfect for someone who is proficient in MS Office, Research, and Analytics and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing promotional content for our social media profiles on
various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Image/Video/Reel
are prepared by a separate team
2. Maintain/Assist in Social media Accounts including lead generations
3. Conduct research and analysis on various topics to support decision-making processes
4. Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, customers, and internal/external stakeholders
5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
6. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
