About the job

As the Lead for Growth & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives to enhance the growth trajectory of our organization. You will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our marketing efforts, improve customer acquisition and retention, and maximize overall business performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
2. Utilize analytics tools and methodologies to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics across various channels and campaigns
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives
5. Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize conversion rates and user experience
6. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend, improve campaign effectiveness, and enhance customer journey
7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and performance trends
8. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
9. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends in growth marketing and analytics

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred

3. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and conversion rate optimization techniques

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders

5. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

6. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members

7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning

8. Stay available for two daily online stand-ups with progress updates on Google Meet, lasting 15-20 minutes each from 10 to 11 pm
