About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor S4 HANA on cloud systems daily
2. Set up roles and profiles - must know role setting under the RISE environment
3. Interact internally and with SAP on licensing which is all under the RISE format
4. Raise tickets with SAP as required and do the follow-ups
5. Participate in client calls as needed

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Prefer someone who has hands-on experience in these areas

2. Must have done support positions before

3. Apply with fully detailed CV and expected hourly rate

4. Available about 4 hours daily in EST hours (about 6-10 PM IST) and rare weekend work if necessary

5. Must have some experience in SAP RISE

6. Should know SAP security well esp from a licensing (RISE) point of view

7. Knowledge of S4 HANA administration is a definite advantage

8. Good communication shills

9. Ability to work in EST time zones

10. Knowledge or exposure to GRC is an asset
