We seek a dedicated and experienced 'Property Manager' to oversee our residential properties. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring property compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for making a positive community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including rent collection, lease enforcement, and tenant communication.
2. Coordinate with maintenance staff to handle repairs, regular maintenance, and property improvements.
3. Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
5. Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, conducting inspections as necessary.
6. Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage property financials.
7. Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
