Candidates at this position would require an acumen to understand various mid/ senior level positions for both the India and Singapore market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategizing the fulfillment within the time limits being part of the recruitment team.
2. Willing to take up the following responsibly besides the daily transaction of the recruiter.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Prior experience in recruitment is mandatory.
2. MBA/MCA or MBA in HR preferred.
3. Exposure/Experience with both permanent placement and contractual business will be preferred.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Hand on with software like Excel, MS word, Power point.
6. Understanding of any applicant tracking systems/databases will be an added advantage.
7. Software/IT background will be an advantage but not a must.
8. Ability to technically/non technically screen the candidates.
9. Ability to work under pressure.
