Your expertise in MS Excel and MS Office will also be key in managing recruitment data and processes efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using MS Excel.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for each role.
6. Extend employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
7. Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent.
