Resume Consultant Job (Remote)

As a 'Resume Consultant at Get Set Resumes, you will interact with clients to understand their requirements and work with a team of content writers/editors to deliver assignments. Your main tasks will include managing assignments, communicating with clients, and handling any issues that come up. Our team consists of writers and career consultants who create career-related documents for clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed requirement analysis with customers, ranging from junior associates to executives (VP/CXOs) and specialized professionals like lawyers and doctors.
2. Understand job roles and document requirements for the writing team and resume consultants.
3. Act as a consultant for clients, providing answers to their queries and delivering assignments on time.
4. Manage accounts, ensure timely work allocation, and update records and dashboards.
5. Review documents carefully to ensure they meet quality standards and proofread documents before sending them to clients.
6. Use MS Office and company dashboards extensively.
7. Communicate with customers, handle escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
8. Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Any bachelor's degree, preferably in English, journalism, public relations, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
2. Candidates with experience of 1-2 years, preferably HR, content writing & client management.
3. Strong command of the English language
4. Knowledge about the various industries and verticals and understand job profiles
5. Should be able to work under minimum or no supervision
6. Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
