We're seeking a growth consultant to join GenAI People, where we help professionals achieve their career goals. This remote role lets you work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and laptop.
Role Overview: The growth consultant is key to generating and nurturing high-quality leads for our GenAI Leap program, which advances technology professionals' careers. New hires start as setters, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting, before progressing to growth consultants with expanded responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a setter:
- Contact around 1000 leads monthly to schedule 40-60 sales calls with potential clients
- Qualify leads for sales discussions
2. As a growth consultant:
- Close 3-4 monthly deals with a high appointment-to-closure ratio
- Manage and create content for LinkedIn and Instagram to attract leads
- Handle client relationships, payments, and refunds
- Assist with client success tasks
Experience:
1. Fresh graduates looking to work in sales
2. Experienced salespersons from the ed-tech industry
3. People who have experience in managing inside sales
Who Were Looking For:
1. Proactive, ambitious individuals with a background in lead generation, sales, or marketing (exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
2. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3. Independent workers with experience in the tech industry
4. Preferred educational background in business, marketing, or a related field
Benefits:
1. Competitive starting salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 32,000 as a setter with base pay of 25000 Rs and rest of it in performance linked commissions, with the potential to reach Rs. 1.02 lakhs within six months as a growth consultant. Note all candidates will start as setter and once you grow into Growth consultant 100% of the salary is based on commissions
