Your mission:
1. Manage our sales calendar like a pro, achieving 80%+ qualified show-up rates
2. Coordinate seamlessly with our Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment teams
3. Be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for successful sales calls
4. Provide daily insights that drive our sales and marketing strategies
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Approve and grade sales applications, manage schedules, and optimize our sales team's time
2. Client Communication: Send reminders, confirm appointments, and follow up on no-shows via WhatsApp and email
3. Data Management: Ensure proper attribution of leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM
4. Reporting: Compile and submit daily reports on calendar performance, traffic, and sales activities
5. Team Support: Assist sales reps with admin tasks and ensure smooth operations
