As a sales executive - high ticket closer for Baweja Media, you will play a vital role in our growth by reaching out to potential customers, presenting the value of our Facebook Ads course, and closing sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact, engage, and build relationships with leads from our database.
2. Educate potential customers about the benefits of our Facebook Ads course and how it can help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
3. Conduct virtual or phone consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the course content, features, and updates.
5. Effectively handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation strategies.
7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our sales process.
8. Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or education-related environment.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1. Salary: Fixed + commission based
