About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct the Recruitment of any kind of Sales Profile as and when required by the company
2. Prepare and release the Job Offer Letter of the selected candidate on an immediate basis
3. Help the Candidate in filling the Employment Application Form
4. Handling a team of 150 Sales Professional
5. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
6. Meeting planned sales goals
7. Guiding and Motivating the Sales Team to achieve the given targets.
8. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
9. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
10. Setting Daily Targets for the Sales Team as per the requirement of the Company.
11. Tracking the performance of each Sales Professional in the sales team.
12. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
13. Providing guidance to the Sales Team for Closure of Daily Targets.
14. Scheduling training of your salespeople.
15. Taking the Daily Attendance of the Team, everyone starts the work at the right time and every other Sales Individual attends all the meetings on time as scheduled
16. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.Promoting the CSR Funding Campaign amongst the Individual and NGO s.
17. Terminate the Sales Professional who is unable to meet the Sales Target and Hire an Immediate Replacement.
18. Dealing with Internal and External Queries from the Sales Professional.
19. Ensure all data submitted are 100 % accurate, complete, and consistent.
20. Storage of documents for future retrievals.
21. Ensure to maintain client and company records under strict confidence.
22. Ability to work within tight time constraints to achieve targets and meet deliverables.
23. Prepare Daily Reports on the progress of the work as instructed.

1. Applicant who has good sales skills will be preferred.

2. Applicant should have good advertising skills.

3. Applicant should be confident and should have good communication skills.

4. Applicant should be able to handle the queries of the Team in a very efficient manner.

5. Applicant should be pro- active in handling a team of 100 Sales Professional.

6. Applicant should be able to resolve the Conflict of the Team as and when created.

7. The applicant should have sound command in Hindi and English communication.

8. The applicant should have good negotiation and persuasive skills.

9. The applicant should be able to work 6 days a week.

10. Should be available to join from 4th July, 2024.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 /year
