Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee the recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices to track progress and performance.
4. Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
