5. Source candidates through various means like events, career days, databases, and social media.
6. Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
7. Shortlist candidates based on sales performance criteria.
8. Coordinate interview schedules for the sales hiring teams.
9. Cultivate relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
10. Monitor metrics to identify successes and areas for improvement in the hiring process.
11. Provide support to hiring teams to ensure unbiased hiring decisions.
