We are looking for a result-driven 'Team Leader' to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifies the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members.
2. The responsibilities of a team leader include recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3. Develop the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling.
4. Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. A bachelors or associates degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
2. Experience in sales is necessary.
3. Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities.
6. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
