We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive our company's growth. This role is crucial in expanding our client base, enhancing client retention, and identifying new market opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar role.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and capitalizing on profitable business opportunities.
2. Conducting in-depth market research and analysis.
3. Developing and implementing actionable business strategies.
4. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Analyzing and responding to market trends and shifts.
