Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned 'Full-Stack Developer' with strong AWS and DevOps knowledge to take ownership of both support and new feature development for our SaaS platform. In this role, you will ensure the platform remains stable, with minimal downtime and fast performance. You will also be responsible for ensuring the infrastructure is optimized for scalability and reliability. Over time, you will transition into leading a development team and establishing a thorough documentation process from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide ongoing support for the existing platform, ensuring quick fixes and maintaining system stability.
2. Lead the development of new features that align with the company's growth objectives.
3. Oversee and ensure minimal downtime and fast speeds for the platform through effective AWS and DevOps management.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features for our SaaS platform.
5. Take ownership of the codebase, ensuring a smooth transition into the existing structure and starting documentation processes early.
6. Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including managing and mentoring a small team of developers.
7. Optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
8. Document processes, code changes, and system structures from the beginning to maintain high-quality standards.
9. Ensure smooth transitions from legacy technology (Vue.js) to more modern frameworks (React).

Who can apply

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development.

2. Proficiency in SaaS development with strong front-end (React) and back-end (Laravel) skills.

3. Extensive AWS and DevOps knowledge, with the ability to manage cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal platform performance.

4. Familiarity with Laravel Forge for server management and Angolia for search implementations is a plus.

5. Proven ability to ensure minimal downtime and fast response times for cloud-hosted platforms.

6. Experience managing databases and cloud infrastructure for high performance and scalability.

7. Experience working in the EST time zone, with strong self-management skills.

8. Ability to document technical processes and lead a development team over time.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Familiarity with SaaS products and scaling platforms.

2. Prior experience leading development teams.

3. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary

Annual CTC: $ 17,000 - 36,000 /year
