We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented 'Testing Professional' with more than 1-2 years of experience working in sports tech or consumer platforms. As part of our fast-paced and growing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing. Your work will directly impact the user experience for millions of sports enthusiasts or consumers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Test planning & design:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand product features and technical implementations.
2. Manual & automated testing:
- Perform both manual and automated testing for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistent test coverage across all core product functionalities, including UI, backend APIs, integrations, and performance testing.
3. Test execution & reporting:
- Execute tests across various devices, operating systems, and platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
- Identify, track, and report bugs and ensure timely resolution by collaborating with the engineering teams.
- Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, developers, and customer support to deliver high-quality products.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to help improve the overall user experience.
5. Continuous improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Continuously improve test processes and documentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Required qualifications:
1. Experience: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in testing sports tech or consumer platforms.
2. Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing (Selenium, Appium, or other relevant tools).
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, REST-Assured, etc.
- Platforms: Experience in testing both web and mobile applications (iOS, Android).
2. Soft skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
3. Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a startup environment, especially in sports tech or consumer-facing platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
