Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. High volume outreach: You are expected to make 50 to 80+ calls to advise students who have shown interest in the product or service. This suggests a focus on lead conversion and initial contact.
2. Video conference sessions: For more effective communication and personalized learning experiences, you can schedule and conduct video conference calls with students.
3. Trial lectures: If necessary, you should arrange free trial lectures for students with instructors, likely to help convert potential leads into paying customers.
4. CRM management: You're expected to maintain all sales operations in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring that all interactions and follow-ups are well-documented.
5. Work under pressure: The role involves working with targets and managing pressure, indicating a performance-driven environment.
6. Revenue targets: You are responsible for generating monthly revenue, with a target of achieving at least 10 times your fixed monthly cost to the company (CTC).
