We are seeking an exceptional lead AI developer to spearhead the development of our groundbreaking WhatsApp-based AI sales assistant. As the lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art conversational AI bot powered by advanced language models like GPT-4.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of the WhatsApp-based AI sales assistant from conceptualization to deployment.
2. Architect the system architecture, integrating the AI bot with WhatsApp Business API, CRM, and analytics platforms.
3. Implement conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning techniques for intelligent, personalized interactions.
4. Train and fine-tune language models, such as GPT-4, for accurate and context-aware sales responses.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI assistant's capabilities with business objectives and user needs.
6. Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure reliability, efficiency, and exceptional user experience.
7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to future interns, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
1. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with a deep understanding of software development best practices.
2. Extensive knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, and machine learning principles, with experience in developing chatbots and intelligent assistants.
3. Proven track record of training and fine-tuning large language models, such as GPT-4, for optimal performance and accuracy.
4. Expertise in integrating AI solutions with messaging platforms, particularly WhatsApp Business API.
