About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
2. Maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards.
3. Develop a deep understanding of our product line - apparel & accessories.
4. Greeting and directing clients with accurate information.
5. After-sales service.
6. Co-ordinate with different teams to ultimately ensure excellent customer service.
7. Product cross-selling and up-selling.
8. Floor management.
