1. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property value
2. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice
3. Display and market real property to possible buyers
4. Maintain and update listings of available properties
5. Develop networks and cooperate with other stakeholders
6. Promote sales through advertisements, digital marketing, and listing services
7. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
