Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
3. Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods to expand the client base
4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance including scheduling, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
5. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, including promotions and sponsorship activities, ensuring successful execution
6. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online presence to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing within media, sponsorship, or ad sales
2. Strong client relationship management skills
3. Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques
4. Excellent administrative support and organizational abilities
5. Event coordination experience
