Sales Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while identifying new business opportunities in assigned territories
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of medical products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to clients, and addressing any questions
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors, adjusting sales strategies accordingly
5. Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, catering to their specific needs
6. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, close deals, and ensure that contractual agreements align with company objectives
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular reports on performance
