About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage proactively with potential clients including CXO level through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to expand the client base and present the company's solutions, and negotiate terms
2. Identify and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with our NaaS solutions
3. Understand each prospective client's unique business challenges, objectives, and pain points
4. Tailor product presentations and discussions to address specific client requirements effectively
5. Implement and rigorously follow sales development processes, including lead tracking, nurturing cadence, and documentation
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition nurtured leads into the sales pipeline
7. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports for analysis
8. Leverage data insights to refine lead nurturing strategies and increase conversion rates.
9. Lead nurturing teams typically collaborate closely with sales teams

1. Proven experience in technology sales or pre-sales, lead nurturing, or a related field, ideally within the technology or telecom industry

2. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential clients

3. Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills

4. The process-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to following structured lead nurturing and sales processes

5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and reporting and knowledge in sales intelligence tools to prospects (Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and more)

7. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey the value proposition of our NaaS solutions

8. Demonstrate persuasive communication skills to secure meetings and appointments with potential clients

9. Hold a bachelors or masters degree in Business or Marketing, with 4-5 years of a strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and lead nurturing or a related field

10. Strong understanding of customer acquisition and support strategies, with a focus on lead generation and relationship selling 

11. Showcase a track record of successful lead nurturing and achieving or exceeding targets
