About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a client base
2. Follow up on key accounts to build relationships with clients and close deals
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
4. Initiate conversations with new leads, and close deals that help them grow in the plant-based ecosystem through our offerings - events, media (online and offline), content, and personalized marketing solutions
5. Create and deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients
6. Keep track of sales activities and provide timely reports to the management
7. Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and increase brand awareness
8. Maintain and update client information in the company database
9. Collaborate with the management to develop and implement sales strategies
10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
11. Create an end-to-end process, owning the quality of the sales initiation funnel, and create new qualified leads for closure

Skill(s) required

Effective Communication Negotiation & Problem-solving Time Management

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, ideally in the plant-based or digital marketing industry (2 years or more)

2. Good understanding of the media industry and events industry

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Excellent work ethic and disciplined approach

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Strong organizational and time management skills

7. Passion for the plant-based movement and a desire to make a positive impact

8. Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, terms, and industry best practices

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,40,000 /year
