Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
2. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential customers
3. Actively approach and engage with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales
4. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets
5. Assist customers in the selection and purchase of products, providing guidance and recommendations as needed
6. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred but not required
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
