Key responsibilities:

1. Attending and making calls to potential clients/leads
2. Creating and maintaining a leads database accurately
3. Conversion of leads into site visits. Setting up appointments for site visits
4. Presenting projects to clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
5. Answering questions about the project via calls, messages, WhatsApp, and emails.
6. Taking client follow-up & feedback
7. Sending out promotions/benefits to a potential client
8. Brand promotion
9. Creating a database of channel partners in the micro markets
10. Meeting channel partners by visiting them and creating a robust relationship
11. Networking with channel partners to ensure target achievement.
