We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced senior accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bank reconciliation, internal audit, taxation, payment recovery, regular reporting, and basic financial projection. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Bank reconciliation:
1. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
B. Internal audit:
1. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
3. Facilitate internal audit queries, monthly MIS and closure of book.
C. Taxation:
1. Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

3. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely recovery of payments.
Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
D. General accounting :
1. Processing of accounting entries, reimbursements & payroll reconciliations at bank, member and vendors levels.
2. Process owner for accounts at our hubs and new vendor onboarding.
3. Assist in tax and compliances including service Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax and VAT.
Work hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 PM.
