Senior/Associate (Retail Sales & Merchandising) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on business development & management across the store as well as online point-of-sale (Instagram, Shopify)
2. Merchandising and stock-keeping at different locations and maintaining the account of sales through these channels
3. Working on social media planning and execution; establishing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of these campaigns
4. Deciding the new collection designs & planning & executing the collection photoshoots
5. Working on supplier & related stakeholder management

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education from a reputed fashion management school is mandatory
2. Prior experience in a similar domain which involves liaison with customers and vendors
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with sales flair
4. Needs to be customer-centric with a high degree of customer empathy
