Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach & cold calling: Utilise an array of techniques including personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other methods to engage CXOs, marketing heads, and key decision-makers at targeted brands. Create and execute strategies to significantly broaden the client base through effective lead generation and nurturing.
2. Relationship Building and Goal Orientation: Cultivate enduring relationships with potential clients, comprehending their needs, and aligning our services with their objectives. Maintain a steadfast approach towards goals, consistently striving to achieve predetermined revenue targets.
3. Communication and Presentation Skills: Showcase exceptional written and verbal communication skills to compellingly convey value propositions and present tailored solutions to potential clients. Develop persuasive presentations and proposals customized to meet specific client requirements.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities and conversions. Regularly monitor and report progress on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
5. Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and best practices within the influencer marketing industry. Apply industry insights to pitch innovative and impactful solutions to clients.
6. Passion, Problem-Solving, and Multitasking: Exhibit a genuine passion for influencer marketing and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities. Take initiative in multitasking and effectively managing diverse responsibilities.
7. Reporting and Adaptability: Provide consistent reports to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Adapt strategies promptly to meet evolving client needs and market changes.
