Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share objectives.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling are identified.
3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
4. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
5. Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
6. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports and making data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
7. Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to maximize ROI.
8. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales strategies with overall business goals.
9. Gather and act on client feedback, focusing on retention strategies and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and reporting requirements.
