1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Credit risk & underwriting: Fundamental knowledge of credit risk and underwriting processes is mandatory. Experience in a lending financial institution is a must. A thorough understanding of all the features evaluated in the underwriting process like credit report info, bank statements, GST data, demographics, etc. is essential.
2. Analytics (Python): Excellent proficiency in Python - Pandas and Numpy. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to extract actionable insights from any analysis are crucial. The ability to convert problem statements into actionable analytics tasks and frame effective approaches to tackle them is highly desirable.
3. Good to have but not mandatory:
a. REST APIs: A fundamental understanding of APIs and previous experience or projects related to API development or integrations.
b. Git: Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git. Experience in collaborative projects using Git is highly valued.
4. Good to have experience in NBFC industries.
