Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) with daily operations and reporting for key e-commerce channels.
2. Coordinate with the supply chain to monitor and track purchase orders for all accounts, maintaining master records and ensuring on-time delivery of saleable and promotional items with a 100% fill rate.
3. Schedule delivery appointments according to the turnaround time (TAT) for purchase orders.
4. Monitor and manage RTVs (Return to Vendor) according to agreements, ensuring all returns are completed and credit notes are issued.
5. Conduct weekly checks on outstanding reports and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely payments and disbursement of discounts and expenses.
6. Maintain and distribute updates on sales and stock reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
7. Monitor product forecasts at the regional and account levels, ensuring timely deliveries to achieve market share goals.
8. Build strong working relationships with e-commerce partners.
9. Enhance content on partner platforms and facilitate exclusive product launches, ensuring high-quality product presentations through cataloging and updates of A+ content, videos, etc., for an optimal customer experience.
10. Understand key business drivers for the eCommerce channel and manage channel forecasts effectively.
11. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve targeted market share in each category.
12. Monitor product visibility across 14+ platforms daily to ensure 100% availability, price parity, and execution of promotions.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance NAOS Skin Care's e-commerce presence.

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities
A bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, marketing, or digital marketing is required, MBA is a plus.
2+ years managing e-commerce sales and operations
Google and Facebook certification is a plus
A previous experience in derma cosmetics/pharmaceutical marketing is a plus
Language: fluent English
Digital marketing experience is a must
Strong project management knowledge and skills
