Senior Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine brand identities, including logos and comprehensive brand guidelines
2. Design visually appealing graphics using a variety of tools and software
3. Lead graphic design projects from concept through completion
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
5. Create scalable vector graphics and transition seamlessly from sketch to final digital format
6. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with an understanding of UX principles
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines

Requirements:

1. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
2. Exceptional artistic sense with a strong understanding of color theory and visual composition
3. Proven experience in crafting brand identities and guidelines
4. Expertise in creating detailed and scalable vector graphics
5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for presenting ideas and concepts effectively
6. Capable of leading design initiatives and coordinating with team members to meet project objectives
7. Experience in UI design with a good grasp of UX principles
8. Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and animation using Blender or Autodesk Maya
