Senior Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design compelling graphics for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, websites, social media, and product packaging
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and objectives
3. Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your work
5. Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality
7. Work on projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process
8. Provide constructive feedback and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions
9. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other partners to oversee the production and execution of design projects as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (any graduate)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience
3. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
5. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges
9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus
