2. Experience conducting interviews and a strong understanding of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala.
3. Familiarity with global recruitment practices is a plus.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
6. A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is mandatory.
7. A masters degree in HR is a plus.
8. Managing the LinkedIn and Instagram accounts of the company.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 6,00,000 /year
