Senior HR Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create JD for various profiles by understanding the requirements and conducting market research.
2. Source, screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews with candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internshala, and more.
3. Coordinate interviews and facilitate the selection process.
4. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance are met.
5. Assist in employee engagement activities and the implementation of HR policies.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including international candidates.
7. Maintain and update the candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports.
8. Manage employee records and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
9. Provide support for global hiring initiatives and strategies.
10. Ensuring Employee welfare and resolving employee grievances.
11. Ensuring adherence to work and time-tracking software.
12. Participate in the onboarding process.
