We are looking for a talented and motivated 'Brand Design Specialist' with around 3 years of experience in branding, logo design, labeling, and measurement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual brand strategies that reflect our company's identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop engaging logos, brand assets, and visual elements that align with our branding goals.
2. Create and manage labeling designs for products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
4. Conduct research and analysis to gauge brand performance and inform design improvements.
5. Measure the effectiveness of branding and design initiatives using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
6. Manage design projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with external vendors and overseeing production.
7. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the brand's visual appeal.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in branding, logo design, and label design.
3. Experienced in crafting versatile e-commerce logos for a diverse range of products.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and branding projects.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
6. Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
7. Ability to measure and evaluate design effectiveness with strong analytical skills.
8. Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.
